As part of Alere's approach to providing personalized solutions that meet individual needs, Alere offers a suite of intensive case management programs for seriously ill individuals requiring more concentrated care and attention. Case management participants suffer from chronic and complex diagnoses involving multiple chronic conditions, catastrophic injuries and illnesses, and cancer.

Offerings include Complex Case Management programs and an Oncology Case Management program, designed to serve the needs of individuals impacted by significant, rare and often life-limiting conditions compounded by major social, psychological and/or financial issues.
